Our Story
If there's one thing we understand, it's the importance of being able to get out of the house and relax for a good meal. And with that comes two key things: great food, and a great atmosphere. We believe we have the ability to provide both of those here at Patio 2900- with a gorgeous lakeside view overlooking Lake LBJ and the 2900 bridge, a full wall of glass windows and sliding doors that allow for fresh air in the nice weather, and a full service bar with plenty of table top options, Patio 2900 is the latest addition to the Boat Town district here on Lake LBJ and we are so excited to serve you! Our goal has always been to provide a nice, enjoyable lakeside oasis that serves as a one-stop shop for your lake life needs, and that includes the need to just sit and eat a pizza and drink a beer.

Our Process
We take pride in offering a high-quality, specialty crafted pizza that you can enjoy here by the lake, or in the comfort of your own home.
Our dough is hand-stretched and we use a uniquely crafted sauce that permeates over a lengthy period of time, allowing the flavors to compliment each other as they combine. We use only 100% whole milk mozzarella cheese, and toppings that are chopped fresh in-house daily. Some of our one-of-a-kind toppings include our Texas bacon and our pickled jalapeños for an extra kick.
The pizzas are then cooked in a world-class conveyor oven that are adjusted to a precise temperature and set on a timer, so each pizza is cooked to the same perfection, every time. Your pizza is cooked from the top and bottom, giving it the perfect amount of crunch and the best cheese bubbles you'll find anywhere. To finish it off, we add a butter garlic around the crust for the extra flavor- then it's yours to enjoy!
